Rezoomo is a recruitment technology company based in Cork and we are looking for a B2B Account Executive to join our team.
We are very much a startup company, but have achieved rapid growth over the last 12 months. While our team is currently small, we are looking to double this in the coming months. This growth spurt means that there will be amazing opportunities for career progression for anyone who joins us at this early stage.
This is an outbound sales and account management role. Full training will be provided.
Your main duties will include:
Identifying and Engaging Prospects. It will be your role to generate new leads from targeted companies around Ireland and the UK. This will be 70% cold calling, 30% emailing.
Conducting Online Product Demos. You will conduct online demonstrations of our product to potential customers, and nurture the lead through the sales process.
Pipeline Management. You will work closely with the rest of the sales team in developing the sales pipeline.
CRM Management. You will use our CRM to manage, qualify and pipeline leads.

Experience in Recruitment, Human Resources or Business Development roles would be a distinct advantage, however, we value your attitude, personality, and motivation far more than your previous experience.
