All new employees attend an induction programme tailored especially for their role. The programme may last from 1 day to 1 month and is designed to equip the person with the knowledge and information about both their new role and the company in order to make the transition into their role smoother.

Employee Development 

We offer job specific training and access to external courses to all employees as identified through training-needs analyses, individual learning and development objectives identified in conjunction with their managers through our performance management process.

Educational Assistance Programme 

Origo recognises the importance of external education. To support this we offer an Educational Assistance Programme to all approved permanent members of staff.
